ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To be a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will need some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills. The company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
