ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• You'll need some experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. The most important qualities are your empathy, compassion, and the ability to provide the highest standard of care for the residents.
