Main duties of the job

Your role will involve devising imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability, focused on maximizing the residents' wellbeing, independence and social engagement. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organizational skills and a driven mindset to ensure things get done. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire the residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
