ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • Experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills are required. No specific qualifications are mentioned, but the organization will provide all the necessary training.
