Job summary

As a Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. You'll have an important part to play in making sure that our homes are warm and welcoming with interesting events and first-class hospitality. In this fulfilling role, you'll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas, enhancing the lives of all our residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospitality Host, you'll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas. It's a fulfilling role that will give you a real opportunity to enhance the lives of all our residents. You don't need any particular qualifications to join us, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. Because you might be serving alcohol, you'll need to be over the age of 18.
