ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your compassion and warm-hearted approach will be essential, as you'll be responsible for providing the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
