The Bayleaf Care Home is a newly built residential care home in the picturesque town of Huntingdon, set to open in June 2025. The home is seeking dedicated Night Care Assistants to join their team and provide high-quality care and support to residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Night Care Assistant at the Bayleaf Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents during the overnight shift. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and following care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident. You will be expected to have experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to deliver the highest standard of care.
