As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care at a Barchester care home. Main duties of the job

The Care Home Deputy Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the care home operations. This includes leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, and HR-related tasks. Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and budget management is required to succeed in this role.
