ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. Essential

• No specific qualifications are required, as Barchester will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role. However, previous experience in a similar role or in the care sector would be an advantage.
