ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, a positive and can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, you'll need to have the compassion and empathy required to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents.
