ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a successful Care Assistant, you'll need to have some prior experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and the ability to provide the highest standard of care and support to the residents.
