• To be a successful Home Manager at Barchester, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You should also have excellent organizational and management skills, a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
