Job summary

As a Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. You'll have an important part to play in making sure our homes are warm and welcoming with interesting events and first-class hospitality, providing a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas.

Main duties of the job

Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. You don't need any particular qualifications to join us as a Hospitality Host, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. You'll need to be over the age of 18 as you might be serving alcohol.
