Job summary

As a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the team to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for the residents. You will be responsible for devising imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability to celebrate life and maximize the residents' lifestyle, wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

Main duties of the job

The Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator will be computer literate and able to work closely with the community engagement team to create community links and showcase the care home. They will also be responsible for updating the home's social media platforms. This is an extremely rewarding role, where the coordinator will spend time getting to know the residents and their families before creating tailored activity programmes.

Shift Pattern: 08:30-17:00 - 32 hours per week, alternate weekend working required.

As a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
