ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people and a compassionate approach. The company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
