Job summary
As a Receptionist at a Barchester care home, you'll provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home with us. You'll have a vitally important part to play in creating a positive and friendly environment by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around. No formal qualifications are required, but you'll need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Main duties of the job
The role of Receptionist with Barchester Healthcare is very varied. You can expect to answer phone calls, greet visitors, manage the reception area and show prospective residents and their families around.
