Main duties of the job

As a Leadership Development Facilitator at Barchester Healthcare, you will design and deliver leadership workshops and bespoke interventions to build the people management and commercial capabilities of all in managerial positions across the organization. This is a remote position with regular travel across the UK, particularly the South West of England.

We have a rare opportunity for a Leadership Development Facilitator to join us on a permanent basis. In this key role, you will design and deliver leadership workshops and bespoke interventions, building the people management and commercial capabilities of all in managerial positions.
