ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To join Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have experience in caring for older people, a caring and compassionate approach, and excellent communication skills.
