Job summary
As a Regional Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester, you'll travel across your region to deliver the high clinical standards the organization is known for. Main duties of the job
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their team. The role involves traveling across the region to provide high-quality clinical care and leadership to the care home teams. Responsibilities include ensuring new residents settle in, helping to develop the skills of the team, and creating tailored care plans to meet the physical and mental needs of the residents. The successful candidate will have a current NMC registration, a teaching/mentoring qualification, and a strong clinical knowledge base with experience in producing care plans and risk assessments. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the teams in each care home.
