Main duties of the job
The Home Admissions Advisor will be responsible for all sales activity for the care home. This includes talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, responding to sales enquiries, actively generating leads, and identifying local marketing opportunities. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain a contacts database.
