ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your ability to empathize and provide compassionate care will be key. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
