ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for the Care Assistant role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ability to empathize and provide compassionate care is essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
