Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team in Guildford. Main duties of the job
As the Home Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for all sales activity for the care home. This includes talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, responding to sales enquiries, and actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities. You will also be expected to maintain a contacts database. The successful candidate should have a track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting, excellent communication skills, the ability to present to individuals and groups, and experience building relationships within a local community.
