Main duties of the job

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital transformation projects across Barchester Healthcare's operations. You will define and disseminate project success criteria, identify and manage risks, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and build stakeholder commitment. With a strong track record in project management, you will have the ability to engage at a senior level and effectively communicate complex ideas to non-expert staff.

The digital transformation projects scheduled across the business are a key aspect of this mission, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to join us, working to ensure the successful implementation of new customer digital technologies. This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working from home, with some travel across the UK.
