As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Essential

• To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need to have some previous experience of caring for older people, as well as a can-do attitude and strong communication skills. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
