ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have prior experience in caring for older adults. A caring, compassionate, and can-do attitude is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training to help you thrive in this position.
