As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience of caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills are required for this role. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the position.
