ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need some previous experience in caring for older people. You should have a compassionate and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
