Job summary

The Home Admissions Advisor role involves supporting the success of a brand new, premium care home by increasing occupancy through sales and marketing activities.
Main duties of the job
The Home Admissions Advisor is responsible for all sales activity for the home, including talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, responding to sales enquiries, and actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities. The role requires a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background who can represent Barchester and the care home in a professional manner.
