As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

• To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people, a positive and proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support to the residents.
