ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To be a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will need to have some prior experience in caring for older people. The company provides comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
