As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

• To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you'll need previous experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, can-do approach. The company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
