ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be successful in this role, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted approach are essential. Most importantly, you'll need to demonstrate the compassion and empathy required to provide the best possible care and support for the residents.
