ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join Barchester Healthcare as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some prior experience in caring for older people. A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing compassionate care are also essential. The company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
