ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people and demonstrate excellent communication skills. A warm-hearted and empathetic approach is also essential, as you will be responsible for delivering compassionate care to the residents.
