ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will need previous experience in caring for older adults, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
