ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people and a can-do attitude, along with excellent communication skills and the compassion to provide the highest standard of care.
