ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a positive and proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You should also have a strong sense of empathy and compassion, as these are essential qualities for this role.
