ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join Barchester as a Care Assistant, you'll need previous experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. The ability to empathize with residents and provide compassionate care is essential. While formal qualifications are not required, the company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
