As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Essential

• To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy are also essential.
