ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Above all, you'll need to have the compassion and empathy required to provide the highest standard of care and support to all residents.
