ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a Care Assistant at Barchester, you'll need previous experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be able to demonstrate compassion and a genuine desire to provide the best possible care for the residents.
