Job summary
As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the team to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for the residents. Main duties of the job
The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of activities for the care home residents, taking into account their individual interests, abilities and needs. This will involve getting to know the residents and their families, and working closely with the care team to create tailored activity programmes. The successful candidate will need to be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organisational skills and a driven, creative approach to inspire residents and staff.
