ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for the Night Care Assistant role, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. You should possess a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted approach that demonstrates your compassion and empathy. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
