You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. As well as that, we'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. Enthusiastic, tenacious and full of integrity, your caring approach and strong communication skills mean you always inspire trust in others.
