Barchester are recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team. They are looking for a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background who will support a new care home to increase occupancy. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home.
Main duties of the job
The Home Admissions Advisor will be responsible for all sales activity for the home, including talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the home, engaging with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, responding to sales enquiries, actively generating leads, and identifying local marketing opportunities. They will also be required to maintain a contacts database.
