Main duties of the job

The role encompasses managing customer experience elements, HR, recruitment, payroll, finance, and the supervision of junior members of the administration team. The successful candidate will need to be a self-sufficient and professional individual who is enthusiastic and promotes a positive image when communicating with others and talking about the home, creating a positive impression. Strong IT skills, excellent organization, and the ability to give others direction are also required.
