Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to support with the co-ordination of care delivery within NUPAS Wolverhampton clinical services. The post holder will assist the Regional clinical lead to support and manage clinics to achieve group objectives and comply with corporate strategy, using the corporate framework to support the principle of the right of people to limit the size of their family.
Main duties of the job
To support with the management of the clinical team(s) on a daily basis in order to deliver the safe and effective care of patients.
To promote, support and deliver safe and efficient abortion and associated services in line with the Abortion Act 1967, Department of Health RSOPs, and medical guidelines across our acute day care treatment centres.
The postholder will support in the development of clinical practices in order to meetthe requirements of national and local strategies and guidance.
The postholder will be experienced in providing appropriate family planning and sexual health care and provide leadership for the development of Nurse Led services.
The postholder will support the development of systems, processes, and procedures.
The postholder will work closely with the Clinical Lead/Manager to ensure there is a seamless patient focused service ensuring that the experience provided to the patient simultaneously meets CQC regulations, NUPAS own excellent high standards and markets the service - encouraging growth.
The post holder will engage and support with the complaints and incidents processes as required.
The post holder will adhere to infection prevention and control standards and role model to all staff across the organisation.
The post holder will support the Clinical Lead/Manager by providing leadership and management, to the wider clinical team.

The post holder will have a duty to ensure that the principles of patient, carer and public involvement and engagement are adhered to in line with Section 11 of The Health and Social Care Act 2012 for Improving Patient Experience.
