We have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Workforce Data Assistant to join our growing team.
The post holder will be a key member of the HR Team providing on-boarding services for new NUPAS employees and administrative support to the HR Team. The post holder will support the move to electronic personal files and the development of workforce data reporting.

Main duties of the job
Including but, not limited to,
Support the HR function with the on-boarding of new starters including:
Advertising authorised jobs,
Collating all applications,
Inviting shortlisted candidates to interview,
Confirming the offer of employment subject to pre-employment checks and draft a contract of employment,
Instigating the necessary pre-employment checks as required by the job role,
Confirming the offer of employment once pre-employment checks have been undertaken,
Creating an electronic personal file and entering relevant information into the HR database,
Ensuring all information relating to the probationary period is registered on the HR database,
Ensuring the individual is put on to the payroll,
Ensuring the individual is issued with an identity badge.
Transferring existing electronic and hard copy information to Rotamaster ensuring data integrity.
Developing knowledge and understanding of all the capabilities that the system has to offer.
Providing support on the system for new and existing users as required.
Running monthly reports from Rotamaster on key workforce metrics e.g. sickness absence, mandatory training, appraisals,
Running monthly compliance reports and liaising with line managers regarding content as required,
Mandatory Training
Ensure all new employees are issued with an e-learning log-in.
Ensure the mandatory training matrix is up to date at all times and make changes on the electronic staff file as required.
