As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, determined and resilient HR Business Partner who wants to make a difference in their career and to join our amazing team. This role will specifically support a couple of our businesses within the RCI Group providing a full HR remit to each business whilst helping to drive the businesses forward.
Main duties of the job
Some key responsibilities include:
- Manage and advise on all employee relation topics, providing employment law and best practice guidance and advice in line with ACAS guidelines and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.
- Advise and drive HR activities to support the different business agendas within your designated companies.
- Develop and build strong relationships with the businesses and regional teams.
- Support managers across the companies with Investigations, Disciplinary and Grievance matters as well as any Occupational Health Referrals and Counselling.
- Support managers with business transformation, organisational restructuring and consultation meetings.
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes by working in partnership with the operational teams and the Group Head of HR.
